      Pros

      Flexibility - work from home is generally allowed in most roles I know of. Benefits - Comparable to industry standards and tech industry generally provides good benefits. Generous PTO - you get 20 days plus 3 floating days once you are a year in and that goes up based on tenure. People - people in the company are talented and the new CEO seems to be putting the company back on track to grow

      Cons

      Not many career growth opportunities available. Wish they would let people move to different organizations under ResMed or if they have such programs they should promote them. Applying for a new role within the company requires manager's approval which seems weird. Why is it that an existing manager needs to approve an internal job application even before one can get interviewed with the new team. Hopefully that gets changed

      Room for Improvement

      Benefits have improved, culture is improving, mostly great team members

      Cons

      There is room for improvement in leadership and vision. Too many companies merged under one, without a strategic plan to manage the different teams and projects.

      Enjoyed my time there. Fun environment, challenging work. I learned a lot.

      Cons

      Could be chaotic and occasionally political, as rapidly growing companies tend to be.
