      Pros

      None that I can think of. The place is horrible!

      Cons

      This company lacks respect for its employees and customers. They provide lack luster training at best and manage through intimidation. Its leaders, all of whom are mostly men are very egotistic and womanizing. One in particular is the worst! In my opinion, the entire leadership staff needs some shaking up or internal investigating done on some of its leader's staff relationships. Employees are not happy but are too afraid to speak up. This is the worst company I have ever come into contact with. Buyers and anyone who is considering working with this company beware!

      Poor Direction and Management

      Pros

      Good co-workers for the most part, decent pay for the work, and pretty good benefits package

      Cons

      Management does not listen, raises are a pittance even when moving up in levels. Both direct and senior level management do not listen to concerns. Senior level employees become cliquish. Training and documentation on especially newer software features is terrible, frequently asked to take on more work for incentive, company was also heavily siloed.

      Happiness matters.

      Pros

      I truly believe MatrixCare follows its core values. ‘Happiness matters’ is what all employees live by and strive to prove to customers. As a young millennial I work within an environment which fosters my growth and development while having fun and allowing me to use my creativity. I enjoy going to work each day because I know my colleagues are all working just as hard to create an innovative and easy to use EHR system which will promote the best care for residents.

      Cons

      We need more nurses or other healthcare professionals to join my team!
