Here an employee from the Chennai Office. **I am proud to be a member of Matrixcare Family. But.....??** Before start writing, I have enquired little bit about the Matrixcare, which is coming under the top 20 health & assisted living companies and facilities & salaries provided to the employees and the contribution of each client & customers in our company and the industrial level of the appraisal in the USA, etc.. Coming to the point, actually we planned to resolve the issue inside the office, but the complaints against the internal management. that's why I have taken the decision to open the complaints in front of the top level management. The voice is not only mine. I'll tell you to step by step. First of all, I personally would like to say the story of the last year appraisal(2017). I honestly telling that in the last year a lot of the employees are disappointed because of the Chennai management. Our management decided to give 9 & 12 & 15 % appraisal. The slot is looking great, but the management reacted very poorly. I will tell you an example: Who is earning more salary, they again and again, getting the high hike. Low-level salary employees are always pushing down and getting the low hike. If the management is reacting like then how will be the low salaried employees come to the top of their life? Might be a chance you to ask a question against me, 1. Did you prove the talent in your work? 2. If you show the talent, definitely your name will come on the first list. Of course. I showed and got appreciate. Some correction in the 2'nd point. If I show the talent definitely the name will not come to list. Because you don't know how the management decided the level of employees. In our office, who are spending more times? and Who is coming on Saturday and Sunday, that guy is always dedicated, worthy person. Others are waste fellows. The worthy person won't need to work. They are called as Smart Workers. **I saw in our organization, the hard work employee always treating like Slaves. Smart work employee always treating like the King** Might be a chance again you to ask another question to me, You are not supposed ready to come on Saturday and Sunday in the emergency case then how could you ask? The answer is simple: In case of emergency, I'm always ready to come and work at any time. This has happened from the 2017 initial. **We have the families, they are waiting for Us to spend at least weekly once.** Did you feel the Saturday/Sunday working employees are dedicated resources? Absolutely not. In my experience, I would like to pass a message. The colleague who was coming on Saturday and Sunday not only the dedicated resources. The Leadership of that team is not qualified to handle the projects. Good Leader always has the plans, how to finish the work within the Working Days. He/She won't ask to come on every weekend. **Leader should have the preplan to accomplish the work within the working days** Comming to the Main Points: I heard regarding the management have decided to give the % of this year-end(2018) appraisal is maximum up to 9% (It will be coming soon). The decision is always better who is getting the current salary is more than 1L INR. (eg:) Guess, I have been earning Rs.1 L/month, the yearly appraisal is 9%, then 1 L * 9 % = 9000/mnth increment( 141$/m ) (eg:) Imagine, I have been earning Rs.20,000/mnth, the yearly appraisal is 9 %, then 20000 * 9% = 1800/mnth increment(only 28$/M) Did you think, at the end of a year the employee is qualified only for 28$/Month? (eg:) Assume the total strength of the Chennai employee is 90, all are earning 1 lakh INR/month and the appraisal of all employee has decided to give 9% appraisal. Calculation: 1 lakh * 9% = 9000 INR/month 9000 INR = 141 $ 141 $ * 90 employee = 12690 $/ Month 12690 $ * 12 Months = 152280 $ / Annum as the appriasal. Management should have to allot, totally 1,52,280$/Year for all employees. It is not a huge amount. This calculation is applicable if all are getting 1 L/month. (eg) Assume, I have been earning Rs. 25000/month the yearly appraisal is 9%, then the calculation totally varies. 25000 INR * 9% = 2250 INR/Month 2250 INR = 36 $ 36 $ * 12 month = 432 $ / Annum. So the current year I will get approximately 28000 INR(432 $) only. Did you think, at the end of the one year the employee is qualified only for 432 $/ Annum? ** If we getting the 36$/M/Appraisal, How will we live in the society? Each and every year the commitments (family, child's, personal) will be growing up. The industrial price is turning up. then you imagine!!!** I never asked to give 25000 INR/month/appraisal, arrange at least each employee should get 10K/month as their appraisal. We are believing you will make the employee life as beautiful. Keep the employee happy, then only they will keep their family happiest. Because the employees are depending on YOU. The families have trusted Us. We believe you will understand our feeling and will behave with humanity. We are waiting for your quick actions. Because the appraisal month is coming soon(March).

Pros

USA leader is good and they don't have control on India Leader...

Cons

Leader in India is not a leader with good leadership quality. Three or four people are recognized and appreciated if they write a line of code. Most employees are not even allowed to speak. The leader mutes every one if we ask any question. He does not listen to any one and wants every one to just obey what he want to be done. So most of the employees do not share any information to the leader.
