Pros

At MatrixCare, we're constantly growing, evolving and taking on new challenges. This is exactly what a technology company needs to do to stay relevant. We have the newest and most innovative technology and are encouraged to grow professionally on a regular basis. MC really values it's employees and hard work definitely pays off. I started in an entry level position and they have helped me find what my true passion and career goals are.

Cons

Not everyone is comfortable with change so there are some individuals that bring negativity to their teams. My advice to them would be to embrace the change and understand that just like technology is constantly evolving, so are technology companies.
