Pros

They're currently going through a post merger shake up in which a motivated person could make their initial bones and get a head of the professional services curve.

Cons

They're currently going through a post merger shake up in which all of their employees are trying to advance themselves to retain their existing positions.

Thanks for taking the time to write this review. MatrixCare has grown over the last year and a half with several acquisitions. We have worked hard to provide communication through all-hands meetings, quarterly reviews and other means to ensure that employees are informed of the company game plan and milestones. Pros

MatrixCare has some truly amazing employees. I love (most) of my co-workers. We have bagels ever Friday which is much appreciated.

Cons

1. The leadership from the CEO is sorely disappointing. He is unprofessional, does not know how to filter his language, and is downright rude. Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't a CEO be able to communicate in a professional manner? Just listen to his previous Game Plan meetings. 2. Communication within the company is terrible. 3. You keep purchasing companies and not compensating for that. There are not enough employees in just about every department. Having each person work 60+ hours and still not be able to accomplish daily tasks is unacceptable. This puts undue pressure on your employees and those who care about the company get burnt out and end up leaving the company. Many who have recently left the company did not even have another job prospect.
