      Overall my experience has been "OK". the company values employees overall, but IT is suffering.

      Pros

      Great company overall, the people in the company are family oriented and friendly. The benefits and pay are in line or better than the industry standard.

      Cons

      IT is not highly regarded across the organization as we have been focused on internal IT projects for several years. This may change in the next year.
