Smart, dedicated people who are really committed to the mission. An excellent culture which takes care of its employees. Opportunities for learning and growth. A solid plan to execute on. Blue skies as far as the eye can see.

Cons

Growing pains are starting to manifest. When the company goes public there will be a lot of pressure to succeed.
