      Pros

      Absolutely amazing team and organization. Matterport is the epitome of a startup and comes with all the fun stuff that goes with it. They're amazingly helpful and supportive in their culture, the people are amazing, and they have a good (realistic) idea of where they're headed in the future - which is very bright for Matterport.

      Cons

      Processes and Procedures needs work. Operationally, the company needs to improve and scale accordingly, but that's the same for most startups. Everything is new and there will be plenty of learns.

      Pros

      I worked at Matterport for a year and half, In that time I met some incredible people and grew a ton as a sales person and human. The culture at Matterport truly is one of a kind, it’s more like a a sales family then a sales team, I have never been around a closer group of sales people in my life. I would suggest any young sales professional looking to learn a lot about sales and how to become a better person should seriously consider working at Matterport.

      Cons

      Matterport can feel like the wild Wild West sometimes because it is growing so fast, gotta be able to think on your feet.
