      Really interesting technology, some really great people who care about the company and customers

      Pros

      The CEO really spurs on the team and is passionate about the technology. The company perks are great. The diverse customer range makes working here exciting and keeps it interesting.

      Cons

      The company could have even more success, unfortunately, they've lost some great people who worked really hard, but were undervalued and should have been utilized properly. The amount of talent that passed through is a great loss and another company's gain, yet, in contrast, some, in upper management have questionable sales strategy and management skills that go unchecked.
