      Remote first working Excellent team in international brand and Product marketing

      Cons

      Weak SLT focused too much on selling into low-demand sectors. Sales team not aligned with targeting or segmentation; a lot of effort on chasing industry 3.0 rainbows without proven demand. Too much focus on increasing SaaS subscriber base and not enough on profit and FCV.
