      Matterport is a great company and employee wellness is something they are really keen on as well as the overall culture. They also compensate well and offer a good benefits package

      Cons

      Communication from Senior Management and Leadership is lacking. There seems to be a major disconnect here

      Great environment, the Management very encouraging and supportive

      The job was terminated abruptly, they could have done much better. I left a stable company to join Matterport but the way they ended was not professional.
