      Pros

      Smart people, fun domain to work in (3D immersion/VR), nice facility, great lunches and generally nice people to work with.

      Cons

      CEO loves to micro-manage deep down in to the organization (particularly product and UX) and you had better be careful if you disagree with him - you may lose your job. People are let go suddenly despite getting good performance reviews and working hard, leading to a climate of uncertainty and fear. Make sure you read the negative reviews if you are thinking of joining. HR strongly encourage employees to post positive reviews, so what you see here is rather biased.

      Pros

      You can wear many hats and I though pay was competitive

      Cons

      Leadership direction is chaotic and usually missing the target of what customers are actually wanting. Lots of folks in leadership positions that are lacking true experience including the head of HR and the CEO. Continuous layoffs and lots of good people leaving by choice (I left by choice and was not laid off) If you are BIPOC specifically Black…RUN! This isn’t the company for you.

      Paycheck I guess. Remote work. healthcare. Some good people at manager level and below

      Believe all the bad reviews. This place is a terrible cult. The CEO changes direction every 3 months and is too much of a micro manager. there is a void in leadership and people will throw you under the bus to protect themselves in front of the emperor. the fact that they need to come here and put fake 5* reviews after a flurry of really bad ones speaks to the state of this company. Read the 1* reviews - they are true!
