Good interms of learning but not interms of payscale
Pros
Good Work and Life balance, Nice work environment, Employee Friendly, you will get a chance to interact with CEO, VP, Directors and Managers. But It will not be helpful for the career growth after sharing the feedbacks or drawbacks or improvements. They will blindly follow the strategy what they know only, They will not take care of Employee career. They hire fresher and terminate after completion of their projects. Very bad for those associates. You will get good growth in Telecom domain due to highly skilled associates and management.
Cons
Worst Fulfillment management, They terminated 100+ Employees with out prior notice. It will be very difficult to those who have dependents and EMI for house or others. They will ask to bond for 3 or 2.5 year to screw your life. They don't have proper management system to take care of Employee career. They have onsite opportunity on ME but to every rare project and associates. Best suggestion is not to join and screw your happiness. They don't have work from home. They don't have leave carry forward for next year nor compensate also. Appraisal will happen on cycle but will implement from post of 3 or 4 months, it will attire to employee to stay of another appraisal cycle. Very Pathetic strategy of Company. They pay too less to employees then the current market.
