      Pros

      Provides a thorough knowledge on Testing. Get to work with various domain(majorly withing BFSI). Provides an MBA in Finance & Testing which is really good and helpful to build one's career. Pretty good Onsite Opportunity.

      Cons

      Biased. Only few names are known within company even though it has 700+ employees. No retention policy.

      Unorganised Work People with good speaking and influencing skills are given better opportunities and rewards than people who are skilled More progress oriented than quality oriented More work load and little motivation Can’t leave until team members’ finish their work Partiality based on qualification and origin Infrastructure needs improvement Cost cut measures sometimes too stringent Poor employment retention
