Decent full time benifits package and 401k investment.

Cons

When Maverik took over they started cutting are hours down and people where repositioned at different stores only to habe the hours restored and new employee's filled into their previous positions.

They don't fire anyone ever. Not treated great. Few benefits. Tiring job.
