Pros

Benefits great, long term employees, not too much turn over, but typical for the career.

Cons

Simplify training and more concise. Keep former employees from access to areas they have no business being in liability sake - if you can't trust that to happen then other measures need to be in place or staff needs to change, to eliminate potential conflicts etc.

Literally nothing, constant contradicting from “higher ups”

Cons

They don’t pay you a livable wage Favoritism High school gossip clique drama WONT PAY A LIVEABLE WAGE and be careful print every receipt print it twice one for you and give one to them. Because they WILL try to say you stole it.

Been here for many years. Used to be a great company to work for.

Cons

Now that John Hillam has taken over, he has made it a goal to treat employees like garbage. Constant layoffs, benefits taken away, and more restrictions are placed on employees every week.
