How do you get CEO or even the owners to listen or even to get them to talk to you about management even if you you don't work there any more? I just got screwed over by my x boss for $1068. . Because I did a big favor for him and in return he does not care. Pasco Wa. Maverik store by the highway.

Amazing benefits. The company has really invested in the benefits offered to employees, including full medical, dental, vision, term life and accidentally death and dismemberment plans, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 401k, flex spend accounts, and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

The company values do not transfer to the store level. Management is not trained properly or even qualified when promoted. There is little follow through with discipline, if any. None of the management (at least in my area) have a good understanding of recruiting, interviewing, training, conducting reviews, or increasing profitability through payroll management and inventory control.
