Mavis Tire, a strong growing company.

Pros

Great potential in a strong, growing company. Regional training manager (RTM) that hired me saw my potential and end goal and ensured to place me in correct position. My current RTM is also honest, direct, affirmative, and works with me and others in goals in team type manner. Many locations, so I like ability to work close in my community with people I know and trust and vice versa, and make new connections with both employees and customers. I have referred a ood friend and was also hired, and have another friend that I have worked with in the past who is looking to work with me again and join the company as well.

Cons

Some days longer then others . Not all employees (not just at mavis) have the same drive, proper work ethic, are able to both multitask and most importantly prioritize things according to customer/day/hour/minute/etc changes.
