Consistent coaching to ensure personal success as well as company success. Opportunity for upward movement based on ability and desire to lead others. Periodic office lunch celebrations, free coffee daily and free bagels on Monday.

Cons

The job itself is difficult. On phones all day. This is all stated on the interview.

Pros

Terrific work enviornment. Supportive team members and Leadership. Great hours. Great Pay. Room for advancement. I started working at Mavis almost 10 years ago and never looked back. I started on phone sales and through hard work and discipline through the years, I worked my way up to a Lead Results Coach position for Mavis. The opportunity is there for anyone with a good work ethic. I have had the privilege of training the majority of the employees in the Inbound Sales Center and can honestly say this has been the best job I have ever had. Mavis helped guide me to be not only to be a better trainier, but to be a better person. The support I have had throughout the years I now get to pass on to all the new hires and current employees alike. Everyone has a voice at Mavis. The only thing holding you back, is you. Come join a great team and make a career out of a job!

Computer softwear needs to be updated.
