Upper management, micro managing, managers cant hire nor fire . Corp compares stores regardless of size and location and expects same regardless of income areas. Have to report every move to upper management. Anyone higher then an RTM has probably never worked in a store and buries their faces in spreadsheets. Everything you learn in school about managing is done incorrectly by corporate. Workers are looked at as numbers not people.

If you’ve ever been convicted of a crime, currently on drugs, or are simply a low life, THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!! They do not drug test or background check any of their applicants which makes for a very poor work environment. The more you do wrong, the better employee you are to them! They protect each unqualified, poor performer, but terminate hardworking and successful employees every chance they get. Top performer in your region? FORGET IT, they don’t care about you. However, if you do not show up for days at a time, leave early every day and have a bad attitude, no worries, you are safe! Their upper management is literally the biggest joke I’ve ever met. The VP hires his own people so he can train them into having vendettas with the people he doesn’t like. Speaking to their Human Resources Department is like speaking to the janitor. The janitor would actually know more about company policies then all of them combined. STAY AWARE! This place is a JOKE!!!!!!
