None absolutely none what so ever

Cons

Can’t believe the reviews posted. Thinks they had someone put a bunch of positive reviews of this company. Check your morals at the door and be prepared to sell customers stuff they don’t need like power steering flushes, and shocks when they are not worn out. Upper Management has no automotive knowledge what so ever, and God forbid if you don’t offer the Mavis credit card with 30% interest. The techs in the stores are fresh out of school and have little experience of doing the job.

Pros

Pay is competitive for technicians and store managers. Although you would have to be a crook to take advantage of it since the cons are so overwhelming.

The five stars reviews are a joke. It comedic how they are almost all regional managers leaving the reviews. It’s almost like they were told to do so. This company does not care for their employees or their customers. Every negative review I have read on Glassdoor has been accurate relating to my experience. This company is numbers driven to a fault and is CLEARLY lead by those who have no idea what they are doing. These directives come from above the regional level. The only thing they seem to care about is # of brakes flushes, power steering flushes, alignments, tpms kits and credit card applications. Regardless of those items it doesn’t matter if you are growing your business and a profitable store, your are nobody. Forget about the customer’s needs or providing the stores with the items/supplies they need to operate.

Get your own car worked on very cheap

Cons

Poor management, dinosaur computer system, awful pay plans that punish instead of motivate, treat employees like a disposable commodity, no training programs, zero communication... unless you are being threatened with your job for not meeting their rip off the customer sales goals.
