Pros

There are barely any pros, Unless you're a store manager. If you're not in that position be prepared to be slaved and work hours that aren't suitable

Cons

The way this establishment is run is sad, they hire anyone with little to no experience leaving peoples safety in the hands of people who have no idea what they're doing. Take heed I know it maybe expensive but take your car to the professionals

Pros

-Mavis is willing to give anyone a chance, regardless of their background. This makes them invaluable to people who are just starting out in the Automotive Industry. -The pay system basically allows to make as much money as you want if you work in a busy store. -Each individual store has a family-like bond between employees that is sometimes annoying but is usually endearing. -The managers aren't exactly nice, but they are almost all very predictable and easy to work with once you are comfortable. -Lunch Breaks are never skipped, and the managers will occasionally buy you lunch. -Mavis is unique in the way that it can take the misery out of automotive mechanics by giving a number of technicians the opportunity to move up to management instead of spending the rest of their time as a laborer.

Cons

-Certain Managers with no automotive experience do not know how to talk to customers. -This is a "sales-based" work environment, take that as you will. -Senior Mechanics are entirely undervalued and are practically incompatible with their business model. -Conflicts are common between coworkers. -Because Mavis gives everyone a chance, you will meet people with awful work ethics. -Store-transfers are frequent and without reason.
