Pro's would be you get paid weekly. That's about it.

Cons

Cons are that you are working with undesirables being felons and drug addicts. I had to leave this company for my safety due to an employee under me threaten to break my jaw.

MICROMANAGEMENT - Do not allow managers to take breaks.

Cons

They have a camera and microphone hidden by the registers and critique you throughout the day. This company does not allow breaks to managers. Thursdays are 12.5 hour shifts. If a mechanic messes up instead of firing them they charge the store directly affecting the managers pay.
