Pros

Decent pay if your a manager if not your just another number to them.

Cons

No care or respect given to employees. Just a number in the system. Upper management uses scare tactics to get what they need/want from you. You will be threatened termination and write ups if you do not adhere to there selling system. Take advantage of customers and they don’t care. Multiple services being done on vehicles that are not required or serviceable. Must push credit cards if not your deemed inadequate.

Pros

Found out I’m making way smarter life decisions then everyone there.

Cons

These guys were making each other breakfast laying on a couch next to each other by themselves in the back while I was doing oil changes. They demoted the manager and transferred them to another store after that too. Doing your job the way Mavis wants it done more efficiently then any other employees there and showing up everyday is not enough for them. Other employees call out past their vacation and sick time and I was then watched for over 6 months by other employees of the company instead of them working like it was something they hadn’t seen before. They then told me I had resigned by my actions not words due to getting permission from the “Acting Manager” to clock out for the day to go take my medicine and recover for the day as well as grabbing some of my own personal tools that they were ungrateful for. I told them I would be back the next day with I was. They threatened to call the police on me because of this. I told the regional manager to go ahead and then nothing happened. They told me I would get a sign on bonus when I was hired and never did. Told me I was going to get a raise and I never did. They had an unsafe tire chute that I watched a tire fly right by some ladies head that was walking through. They had a tire drop on an assistant managers head and concuss them and they never made it any safer. It would cost less than $100 to fix with some netting 8 ft high off the ground and a pipe. The roof is leaking everywhere. Windows are dirty. The rotary lifts bend when lifting cars due to their age. Tire tub was broken. Osha should be called on that place to shut it down and fine them money. The concrete’s falling apart and the cheap fake dirty 30 year old peel and stick floor in the lobby is slippery and gross. The technicians don’t have transportation, the mechanics dont want to be there, the assistant managers didn’t even know how to program a sensor, the managers think they own the store, regional training managers aren’t all bad but this one doesn’t know how to train the “acting manager” on how the structure of the shop is supposed to work and that’s why I don’t work the 339 anymore.
