Pros

The employment environment is really good managers treat you very well here you feel like you’re a valued in person and the work environment is pretty much stress-free even though it can get heavy with volume with customers so far I see no cons also dealing with HR is very easy and they’re very responsive and help you very much

Cons

The con are the store place that is far from my house over 50 minute commute, but hopefully with new stores opening that will change

Experience, like being yelled at

Cons

Got in trouble for violating policy but yet no policy was provided to show me where I violated, training is non existing, micro management, can’t use the bathroom for more that 1 minute without putting no work home life balance.
