Fast advancement, nothing else to say

Cons

No work life balance as a gm, proper training isn't there for new managers, expects you to train yourself on a slide show.. doesn't offer the right support.

No real requirements or actual experience required to get hired

Cons

-Must provide own tools (which are likely to be stolen by coworkers because mavis barely provides required tools for essential jobs -pay is rarely what employees should actually be making -bonuses are rare and purposefully difficult to obtain -most tire and alignment techs have little to no experience when hired and are not properly trained upon being hired -company rarely takes responsibility for theft of personal property, discrimination, or harassment -benefits are dismal as far as coverage and expensive as far as deductibles and copays -safe work practices are rarely enforced and/or followed -management does not consider personal issues with employees important -devoted employees are taken advantage of as far as working hours being extended and days off, breaks and lunches being denied

Mavis Tire Is Very Nice Incorporated Company To Work At. I Look At It Like This,At The End Of The Day We Make People Happy Because Without Mavis Employee's The Customers Would'nt Be Able To Drive Around To Long With A Flat Tire Or Tires Needs To Be Replace And Balance And Rotated ,NO Oil, No Brakes, Or Some May Need A Front Alignment. But That's When The Customers Comes To Our Local Nearest Branch And Get The Reasonable Quotes And Prices And The Best Treatment That Their Automobile Needs At The Time Of That Moment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes Somethings May Be A HeadAche And Mind Recking At Times But For The Most I Learn More New Things And Easier Ways About Fixing On Automobiles Everyday While I'm At Work
