Weekly pay is awesome | commission structure is generous with solid base salary. Leadership is fun and understanding, and the environment is very relaxed when not engaged with a guest. Training is extensive and fun! I felt very prepared to hit the phones.

Cons

Commute from Yonkers is stressful and bad for sleep | the building isn't kept well | reviews can make you feel micro managed.
