      Good people. and relationships. Good presence in reliable industry. Business did well during COVID pandemic. Good management that cares about company future. Town halls and company updates are good.

      Pay and benefits. May not hire more people due to cost savings. Fast paced work can be good or bad. Working on diversity and inclusion but not their yet.
