      Pros

      Entry Level position with excellent growth opportunities. Management cares about its employees and wants them to do well. Learn how to run a business from top to bottom if you are an office manager.

      Cons

      Stressful, long hours. Your field staff are generally some of the most vile human beings on the planet that cant get a job anywhere so they come to Maxim. The Compliance department makes Maxim anti-competitve with ridiculous policies and procedures that make it nearly impossible to hire people.
