      Pros

      Maxim has a young and fun culture so it's perfect for someone who is fresh out of college. Every branch has a great team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Promotions depend too much on how well you are liked by the brass. Pay is too low for how much you are expected to put in (50 hours/week and some weekends and nights on call). You get abused by clients and nurses alike.
