Pros

Maxim was the best of all the services I was signed on with about ensuring that I consistently had regular assignments. Although the hourly pay wasn't as high as the others, because I knew I had work when I wanted to work, I always chose to call Maxim for assignments versus the other higher paying services. What good was the higher pay if there wasn't any assignments.

Cons

As I stated before, the hourly pay wasn't as high as the other services. Also, Maxim rarely offered training classes for its healthcare staff. I saw this as somewhat of a negative because when I first started working for them in 2005, I was new to the area and did not know where to go for certain training I wanted.
