      There are no pros to working for this company

      Cons

      Office and clinical manager make decisions based purely on their bonuses. They are big on attempting to gaslight caregivers instead of paying them fairly. Clinical supervisors aren’t helpful at all. Impossible to get ahold of anyone before 9 or after 4. They are so obsessed with protecting their own work/home life balance they’ve swung the other way and are never working.

      weekly pay, some good coworkers

      Cons

      the most toxic environment I've ever experienced. OM is a nightmare and will harass you. employees are not treated equally. you're on call nights and weekends and expected to come in early, stay late, and never take breaks. time off was never approved - had to beg and plead for a day here or there. it's not worth it - stay away at all costs!

      They were able to offer additional support by connecting me with one of the RN instructors, however it was only a phone call and no in person meeting with hands on demos
