      Pros

      Great upper management team, supportive and professional. Flexible hours. Open door policy

      Cons

      No PTO. Uses "flex time" and bonus' for attendance, but this doesn't give you an opportunity to have an extended paid vacation time.

      Management is a nightmare

      Pros

      There are no pros and I’ve worked here more than five years.

      Cons

      Will hold you back. Holds employees and their salaries hostage to management wrong doing. Doesnt care about office Workers; created and maintains a hostile work environment; condones poor management decisions; doesn’t learn from mistakes; allows legal issues to be repeated time and time again; unfairly delays investigations causing financial harm to innocent employees and when cleared of wrong doing refuses to back pay employee who sat at home for weeks without pay. Condones poor management behavior from key personnel.

      Nothing good about being employed here, I’m on my way out.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism Recruiters change often Paid late On boarding process is basically you sitting in front of a computer Takes 3 months for company to setup direct deposit Assignments are sporadic Management will say one thing and do another Make sure you have EVERYTHING in writing Fraudulent billing, currently under review
