      Pros

      Great professional working experience if you're coming out of College. You learn every aspect of the business to prepare you to manage your own office. I really enjoyed the people I worked with and it was great experience.

      Cons

      Prepare for working long hours and being on call during the weekends. The hourly wages for nurses is below industry average, so it's a constant challenge recruiting nurses because they deserve to be paid more.

      A lot of sexism and glass ceiling effect. Very much like a fraternity and little training involved. Entire company is all about the "numbers" while not caring about its external employees. Pay is very low and the best way of getting into the company is if you know someone. Long hours and you're expected to have lunch at your desk without any other breaks throughout the day.
