Pros

The internal staff in my office has been very welcoming and helpful in my transition to the job in my first few months. I have learned a lot and enjoy going to work.

Cons

Long training period (3 months) for new recruiters - which could be a con for some. I didn’t mind as it was my first job out of college and I felt like I had a lot to learn.

Pros

No pros at maxim healthcare

Cons

They won’t train you for the shift you’re hired for low pay sketchy clients. If you report abuse they don’t do anything. Parents don’t have to follow the doctors orders. A lot of the parents get paid by granite state independent living so taking care of the disabled child is a transaction while they buy cigarettes and scratch tickets.
