Not quite sure what the personal benefit is of working at this company. The salary is low. The management treats employees with distrust. Just as any company would, they try to hire smart individuals, but then ignore them. Or micro-manage them to oblivion. Should you differ in opinion they will find a way to move you out. I imagine if you want to go here, it should be the last option and you really need employment.

-No HR department despite having over 50 employees. - No salary increases. - Lack of a Design Director. - No finance department. - No 401(k) plan. - A workplace culture where employees are constantly undermining each other. - Terminated individuals who were invested in the brand and its growth. - High turnover rates, with employees leaving frequently.
