There are none unless you're desperate and starving.

Cons

Zero talent managers, extremely dumb supervisors, homeless people stinking sitting next to you. There is ZERO room for growth, even with a college degree. In fact, it seems like they strategically hire idiots and promote them to management because anyone with average or above intelligence would be smart enough to know they are not getting paid enough.

Pros

Staff & co-workers helpful. Money keeps you working and the work is not difficult (Job Aids and senior co workers helpful). There are frequent department food events and company sponsored events. Large parking lot to walk (only exercise you will have). This is a decent job if you need short term employment--not all agency employees are hired by the company and work volume fluctuates.

Cons

Fake friendships. Very regimented. During downtime, reading not allowed at your desk. Often you will sit (depends on work volume) for 1-2 hours with no work while supervisors have continual work. Mismanaged: High turnover rate, inconsiderate downsizing and low work volume when stated we have large volumes of work. Company demands loyalty which is not reciprocated to the employee. Part time, not an option. During breaks and lunch, ask why many of their employees sit in their cars instead of the 1 lunch room area? Many employees are agency hired and there is a definite line of demarcation as time goes on.
