Pros
Good company parties, supervisors work closely with you, coworkers are willing to help when confused with the work. This is a job you could get comfortable in, not super demanding and looks good on resume to get you the job you really want. Easy work.
Cons
Huge employee turnover--not only with contractors, but with full-time employees and even managers/directors. Employees in high positions pretended like you didn't exist. Coworkers were constantly talking about how they wish they could find a better job, how unhappy they are to be at work that day. Very little room for growth, low pay, repetitive/tedious work. Extremely unprofessional supervisors (showing up late or not showing up at all for days without notifying employees that they will be out, crossing boundaries). Not much variety in what you do every day, and people seem generally unhappy there! A lot of gossip, inappropriate conversations in the office (HR nightmare).
