They offer different training programs

Cons

The training programs are great but because upper management is always changing it doesn't make you feel like excelling is the smart thing to do. Lower employees tend to last longer than others. PTO includes your sick time and vacation time. If you don't have any your out of luck and pay. There isn't a designated pay schedule. Pay is twice a month but it is never on the same day.

Get to talk to all sorts of people. Very consistent, not a lot of surprises. Most reliable job I have had

You are just a number. Everything is automated, this gives the job a cold feeling that makes you realize whether you show up or not, it won't matter much.
