0, Zero, none, nop. Don't even think about it

Cons

14.5 per hour only, with no sick pay, no vacation, no 401k and nothing but only 14.5 per hour wage with 30% taxes. None stop phones call and no more than 5 minutes bathroom break. Half hour lunch break, if you happen to late for 3 mins. someone will hunt you down. There is absolutely no over-time pay and they always tell you overtime hours will be convert to early leave if they are FREE, but they are never FREE. Yes there moving up, only and only if you can take 14.5/hr with no benefit for 2 years and make no mistake. You have a chance to become a lead.

Mandatory overtime. High school mentality. Low pay raise, boring. Constant change. Poor training

Great location . "All you can eat" overtime.

Cons

Management only seemed to care about the disciplining of employees for minor infractions. Perceived or real. The procedures for working the project changed on an almost weekly basis and the software to support the project rarely worked correctly. Very high stress environment.
