So many people in one room, over one hundred people in a room with no windows. People were sitting very close together, and sharing a small desk area at the same time, and then sharing that same desk space with a night shift. I was sick several times during that six month period. There was so much miscommunication between teams and quality control. So many clients/customers fell through the cracks it started to feel unethical to work there. They also required me to do some coaching and mentoring for other data entry specialists and did not pay me any different.
