      Co-worker, location accessibility, job training program for better opportunities, fast job advancement due to so many turn overs.

      Cons

      Low pay, lack of transparency between the client and the company, and lack of experience with some of management teams who acts like high schoolers.

      Next to metro, some decent co-workers. convenient if you live close by.

      Cons

      Awful management. It seems the ones who know how to bully employees are the ones who get promoted. And I mean real, honest to goodness bullying/harassment, etc. Horrible racial profiling. Parents need not apply unless you don't like seeing your kids. If you are a true professional (with credentials, degrees, etc.) forget what you have learned. They will make you apply their outdated 1950s management style until you forget you have a brain. Only those who stay are the ones who can't get a job anywhere honestly.
