a bunch of small efforts has grown into a big company. They have not figured how to grow into a big company. The company still has a very small company attitude. They also have not figured how to handle acquisitions.

In the interview, they advertised two, 15 minute breaks but in reality, you only get one, 15 minute break on Wed, Thurs and Fri. Breaks are eliminated completely on Mon and Tues when the calls are back-to-back. This company does not pay for overtime and rather rather send you home than have to pay you time and half. Now you are lucky if you get 32 hours a work week. (Cheap). This company sees employees come and go as frequently as a revolving door - they even advertise it on your Outlook when someone leaves. Early this year, they let 16 people go in one day and this is not an exaggeration.
