      Pros

      Being a company focused on health optimization, it's great when your personal values are aligned to theirs. The community fostered between employees and customers is great & I feel a sense of purpose everyday! Working remote is a great benefit and if you are a California resident, going to the office to be around the heads of departments including the CEO is a once in a lifetime experience.

      Cons

      Since Maximus is a Start-Up, there's a lot of growth & with that, changes are made on the regular. It's super fast-paced so not for the faint of heart.

      Pros

      Flexibility, provided equipment, remote work that has allowed me to grow in my role.

      Cons

      Management is not transparent, they keep hiring people and often try to micromanage. It’s clear they don’t have a good grasp on employee happiness as the micromanaging has gotten a bit out of control. Hard to advance.
