Cannot find a single thing

Cons

Micro-managing management and treats its employees badly. Favours Indians a lot. This company does not operate according to the usual USA labor rules and regulations. They should be investigated due to unethical behavior. I am glad our president has limited the Indian consulting firm actions by introducing the new regulations.

There is none and cannot think of anything

Micromanagement and total lack of professionalism, respect and etiquette; Lack of structure. Toxic Indian culture and CEO don't care about employee's well-being and work life balance. CEO does not care about employees and will not listen to anybody else and has a very big ego. He'll promise anything to keep employees when he is in need and then back out from his promises and will ask employees to leave.

No one speaks proper English; Micromanagement; Lack of professionalism, respect and etiquette; Awful training videos; Lack of structure. Also, they lie about not being able to work from home due to their compliance rules. Toxic Indian culture and mentality. Period.
