Pros

Great culture and talented members. Technology is developing profoundly with a strong development team. CEO is a visionary and highly respected.

Cons

Lack of direction as an organization with operational scale. High goals from management to appease the board but lacking understanding of the realistic gaps within operations to reach these aggressive promises. CCO is disconnected and absent from the challenges within the organization's operations. Lofty launch goals are not realistic to resources or expertise. Need to focus on technology more. Current cuts have many of us worried and seeking elsewhere.
