Pros

-Company made a big push over the past year to bring in new leaders. -Autonomy product is good. May has more commercial deployments under its belt than competitors. -Mission-driven to bring greater mobility and accessibility to communities who need it the most. Attracts motivated employees.

Cons

-Work-life balance follows many start-ups with the swings and roundabouts of a fast-growing company. -Fast pace is not for everyone.

Pros

Clear vision for how we will deploy the technology and make a profit. Strong engineering leaders have joined the company in the last 6 months. Great to be at a place where there isn't hype, the tech is real. Awesome benefits and perks. HR team really cares about people.

Cons

Long hours, but every startup is the same in that sense.
