Pros

Groundbreaking, exciting, friendly, and fun.

Cons

My be hard for people who need a lot of established guidelines or structure. Definitely a place for the self motivated go-getter who can work without supervision and has the ability set and achieve their own goals.

Pros

Wonderful people, super exciting industry, unique approach, committed founder who cares about building a company, all employees have stock ownership. Interesting mix of corporate and VC investors. Company is doing a lot of learning, and continues to be open to learning new ways of doing things.

Cons

High growth, early/mid stage startup means lots of learning, and a super fast pace. Changing the world is not an easy job!
