(depending on supervisor and division) very family oriented, flexible schedules, decent benefits (excluding salary), job security, good on the job training if placed under the right supervisor.

Cons

not organized, gap between employees who are actually working and those who only work on self promotion but don't work is huge, complicated company politics, (depending on supervisor and division) high travel rate, job position maybe stable but not company organizational structure and location. (many changes in management, and location, and organizational structure can cause stress on employees)
