Pros

Good work/life balance, new management is active in employee concerns and is willing to talk to you about your options. Yearly increases for inflation, flexible on PTO policy and most employees are good to work with.

Cons

If you have a good work ethic some employees will try to drag you down and ask you to move slower.

Good opportunity to work with many of the largest names in the Oil and Gas industry, and chemical processing industry. Wide variety of work that can expand your knowledge of compressor packaging

Cons

poor management support for the project engineers. unwillingness to work with client to resolve their issues and happy to let projects delay.
